I have been working with Greg for two years studying Sheng Zhen Qigong.  His teaching skills and technique are outstanding. Greg brings his enthusiasm for Qigong and inspires the class to move forward. 
I find the physical benefits of Qigong considerable, but it has also taken me to another level of being.  In class one day as we were practicing Sheng Zhen Healing movements, I suddenly felt a flow of energy fill my body. For a number of years I have been under the care of my cardiologist for a hypertensive problem. The medication he has prescribed has done a pretty good job of stabilizing my blood pressure numbers – although not nearly perfect.
After participating in our Tai Chi – Qigong classes under the leadership of Gregory Boster for about one year now, I have experienced a wonderfully low BP reading, resulting in a lowering also, of my medication.

To let you know how much I have gotten from Greg's class and how much it means to me. 

At first I thought this is to slow moving because ​I was used to Zumba and aerobics but I developed a physical problem and now it is just perfect for me.​ Greg takes real interest in everyone, keeps and eye on all of us and helps us if it is necessary and always with a smile. ​ It has helped with my gait and balance problem and I look forward to the class each week.

I enjoy Greg's Tai Chi – Qigong class every time. He provides a peaceful, focused experience that leaves me feeling calm and quiet for hours after class. It is my first experience with Tai Chi, yet Greg makes you feel welcome and comfortable with gentle instruction and correction. I've learned a lot this year, and plan to continue to attend his class.

I was a non-believer when I decided to try Tai Chi. I did so because my friends were joining and I decided that it might just help me. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and have tried everything from physical therapy to expensive therapeutic shoes, consulting a variety of doctors and special inserts for my shoes. I was shocked when after a short period of time the numbness and tingling in my feet disappeared. It was amazing - a virtual miracle. As an old marathon runner and coach I was up on the premise that "No pain, no gain. " Therefore, I was initially skeptical about an activity featuring relaxed movement and "feeling good." That skepticism soon vanished as the numerous physical and mental benefits inherent in Healing Qigong  became apparent. Healing Qigong greatly alleviated the rigidity of my muscles, increased overall flexibility and improved my balance. It has brought about more self -awareness, relaxation and reduction of mental stress. Now Healing Qigong is a vital segment of my daily routine and "Not pain, Great Gain" sure beats "No pain, No gain."

This is my second year of Healing Qigong. I find the undertaking more valuable than anything I've ever done for my body and mind. I've competed in x-c skiing, running and race-walking-all good for the body. Have taken yoga and psychology classes some years ago. But here truly is an endeavor where both body and mind come together in perfect unison. At this stage of my life Healing Qigong is perfect for me.

Greg, a master of Chinese exercises and a mystic. These mind boggling exercises that not only gently move all the various parts of your body but create and electric magnetic type of energy that is beneficial to all that you touch.

Over the years I have tried Tai Chi classes, but I was never happy with the teacher. They talked too much and we didn’t have enough moving around. Halleluyah! Our teacher Greg is teaching us a lot.  We are learning gentle movements that are increasing out muscle strength out muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Blood flow and suppleness are increasing.
Special props are not needed! In addition tai chi is non-competetive.
Greg is a keeper.
